Are your products legitimate and brand new?

Definitely yes! πŸ™‚ JGAC values honesty and integrity in its business so we give you the best product you can have with your hard-earned money.

Are your products covered by warranty?

All of our products are covered by Manufacturer's Warranty, so you'll feel very safe transacting with us with your purchases.

The complete details of your warranty can be found on your Sales Invoice (and Delivery Receipt, if applicable).

PS. Just please make sure to keep your original Sales Invoice too.

Is JGAC Technologies an Authorized Dealer of these products?

Of course! We value doing business the legit way, so we partnered with awesome brands and is now an Authorized Dealer of all of the items we sell.

Since we are an Authorized Dealer, rest assured that all of our products are original, brand-new, and meets the highest quality standards just for you!

Do you give Official Receipts / Sales Invoice?

Yes, we do. πŸ™‚

For products like laptops, printers, etc., we are giving Sales Invoice.

For services like setting up firewalls, installation, and others, we are giving Official Receipts.

All of our receipts are BIR-registered so you can be sure we're really legit! πŸ™‚

How do I confirm that my payment has been received?

That's a good question!

Here's a guide per payment channel to know if payment has been received.

βœ” Credit Card, GCash, PayMaya, BillEase, TendoPay: An email will be sent to you by our partner gateways to confirm that payment has been received and posted already.

βœ” Direct Bank Deposit or Online Bank Transfer: A validated deposit slip (if on-the-counter) or an email confirmation (if online transfer) will be received after deposit/payment has been made.

For all of our payment channels, our Team will send you a BIR-registered Collection Receipt to confirm that we have received the payment.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

What locations do you ship to?

We currently ship anywhere within the Philippines.

βœ” For NCR and Bulacan area, our own Logistics Team will have your orders delivered straight to your doorstep.

βœ” For locations outside of NCR and Bulacan, we will ship it through our trusted and reliable partner couriers provided that your area is covered within our partner courier's serviceable area.

How long will it take to receive my order?

These are the delivery leadtimes of JGAC Technologies.

Metro Manila and Bulacan:

βœ” On-stock items: 3-5 working days

βœ” Order Basis: 30-40 working days

Other Luzon Areas:

βœ” On-stock items: 5-7 working days

βœ” Order Basis: 40-45 working days

Visayas and Mindanao:

βœ” On-stock items: 7-10 working days

βœ” Order Basis: 45-50 working days

Items ordered on weekends are the ones that could take a little bit more time, but don't worry! We'll do what it takes to deliver it to you earlier!

On Order basis items, 30 days is the standard, yet this could change minimally from time-to-time depending on the Manufacturer's production line or freight conditions.

For orders in Visayas and Mindanao, it could take up to 10 days (if on stock) depending on the circumstances in our Logistics partners. But don't fret, they're the best!

Do you offer Free Delivery?

Free delivery is currently available in Metro Manila and Bulacan areas for a minimum spend of P10,000.

For items outside of these areas, we will ship it thru our trusted courier services with freight charges borne by the Client.

Are my orders safe during transport?

Definitely yes! πŸ™‚

We want our clients' shopping experience with JGAC Technologies to be hassle-free and worry-free as much as possible, so rest assured our Logistics Team and our partner couriers are experts in safely handling your orders.

Each item in your orders is equipped with freight insurances so if anything happens *knock on wood* our clients are still protected.

Warranties, Returns and Exhange

What if the item I bought has defects or malfunctioned?

All of our products are covered with Manufacturer's Warranty which details can be found on your Sales Invoice (and Delivery Receipt, if applicable).

If it has defects or malfunctioned within the warranty period, you may bring it to the nearest Authorized Service Center of the brand and have it diagnosed by experts.

In the event that the defect or malfunctioning happened within 7 days from the purchase date, kindly refer to the Warranty Policy Section 2A and 2B.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refund, like unit replacement, is subject to the item's Manufacturer/Distributor's discretion upon inspection of the defective unit.

Refunds will be made through the original payment method used by the Client to pay for the order except for Cash on Delivery wherein it will be transferred via online bank transfer. This is provided that complete and accurate bank details are provided to JGAC Technologies.

Refunds will also be processed under the person who made the original payment.

The timeliness of the refund process is dependent on the leadtime of the bank and/or payment gateway/provider processing timeline. This is already beyond the scope of JGAC Technologies; however, our Team will provide you the details immediately after our end has submitted the refund request to our banks and/or payment gateway providers.

How do I return a product?

Items can be returned depending on the discretion of the Manufacturer/Distributor of the product (see Warranty Policy's Section 2A and 2B).
